to do this is by providing profiles of the key people on your site.
Have an area where visitors
can meet you, your staff, the writers who contribute to your site,
the experts who help you, and anyone else who plays an important
role in what you do.
Tell a bit about the
people on your team --- why they are qualified, what awards or training
they have achieved, good things other people say about them, and
a few human elements (listing a hobby or two can make a person seem
more real).
