Level Three

1. Read your journal entries associated with the Level One and Two exercises in which you discuss the effectiveness of methods of composing lyrics. Evaluate the method(s) that you still find least effective; then choose three suitable ideas from your "Idea File." (Conceive suitable ideas if you cannot locate any.) Compose first drafts.

2. Analyze your drafts again. In your journal, discuss why you might have overcome problems. If you are still experiencing some, however, personalize methods of composition one more time and do second drafts of poems that you composed in the Level Three, Exercise One.
