Acquiescent people include "yeasayers," who are ready to go along with "anything that sounds good" (Robinson, Shaver, & Wrightsman, 1991, p. 8), and the term also covers those who are reluctant to look at the negative side of any issue and are unwilling to provide strong negative responses.
