more minorities and women than it had. However, in usability testing, when the photos had half or more women in the group, women often laughed and said that something was wrong. They knew there weren't that many women in the organization. In an effort to show equality, the web designers had created a mismatch with current reality that seemed misleading to the very people they were trying to recruit.
